This Violet Dor Beetle painting is of a beautiful dung beetle that seems to be returning to Sussex.
Please not original work is unedited and as such there are often bits of paint etc around the edge. This all adds to the magic of hand painted illustrations.
This one has a light green smudge of paint on the left hand side.
This is a hand painted piece, for the greatest longevity I recommend using UV protected glass.
Vibrant inks and watercolours are used.
This is a one off original piece, and is unframed.
