We ship every few days across the world.
Occasionally the website may not recognise your address, if this happens email info@wilfulink.com and I will send you a shipping quote personally.
To keep shipping costs low packages are sent by courier and take few days to arrive. If you need something urgently please let me know when placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.
There will be additional charges for express shipping.

RETURNS
If you aren't completely satisfied with your Wilful Ink piece please get in touch. We accept returns of all full price items in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We don’t issue refunds for sale items items, however a credit note or exchange can be arranged.
Bespoke commissions are non returnable.
If you wish to return wallpaper it must been all the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted once wallpaper has been opened. Please ensure you have accurately calculated how much you need and how to install. If you are unsure how to install wallpaper please use a professional for best results.
